You and your perks

A lot of old perks are returning and some just have fancy new names but the same effect so for the most part there isn't a big change in perks. But now that stopping power and juggernaut (and thankfully commando *cheers*) have been removed, we will have a lot more options when it comes to choosing our perks.

Here's a list of the perks and a few of the Pro versions that have been confirmed by people like Vahn.
ALL perks will be unlocked at level 4 and will be available for purchase for 2000 CP each, I'm assuming the pro versions will also be 2000 CP.

***Pro versions are now unlocked by completing various challenges instead of one challenge. (3 challenges were seen to declassify Lightweight Pro)***

Lightweight Tier 1
Standard: Move faster  
Pro: + ---Faster ADS after sprinting---
Scavenger Tier 1
Standard: Resupply from dead bodies. Replenishes lethal grenades. (will not replenish noob tubes or equipment)
Pro: + ---Extra mags---
Ghost Tier 1
Standard: Undetectable by Spy Plane and Blackbird  
Pro: + ---No red crosshair or nametag when an enemy looks at you---
Hardline Tier 1
Standard: Killstreaks 1 kill early  
Pro: + Allows you to double tap X to "reroll" your care packages
Flak Jacket Tier 1
Standard: Extra explosives resistance  
Pro: + Gives you Tossback and Fireproof from WaW
Hardened Tier 2
Standard: Extra bullet penetration  
Pro: + Increases bullet damage vs turrets and air support.
Scout Tier 2
Standard: Hold breath longer  
Pro: + Unknown
Steady Aim Tier 2
Standard: Extra accuracy when shooting from the hip  
Pro: + Unknown
Sleight of Hand Tier 2
Standard: Faster reload  
Pro: + Faster ADS with all weapons except Snipers
Warlord Tier 2
Standard: 2 attachments on primary weapon  
Pro: + ---2 attachments on primary and secondary weapons---
Marathon Tier 3
Standard: Longer sprint    
Pro: + ---could be a few things no fall damage, unlimited sprint, faster climbing---
Ninja Tier 3
Standard: Move silently  
Pro: +  ---undetectable to camera spikes possibly---
Second Chance Tier 3
Standard: Pull out pistol before dying  
Pro: + ---possibly using equipment while it second chance---
It has been confirmed in videos that you can REVIVE people in second chance, unknown if it's standard or pro.
Hacker Tier 3
Standard: Detect enemy equipment and explosives  
Pro: + Allows you to hack enemy devices (claymores, turrets, etc.) and turn them friendly. Immune to motion sensors
Tactical Mask Tier 3
Standard: Reduce the effect of Flash and Concussion grenades  
Pro: + ---reduces the effect of nova gas--- seems sort of weak, hopefully more to be added




Hopefully we'll learn more as we get closer to November 9th. Let me know if i missed anything or if there's any errors, had to kind of rush this one sorry.

Also your 1st tier perks will effect how your character looks in game.

I'll get to killstreaks sometime tomorrow hopefully and start moving on to weapons.
